Hi! I’m a design strategist and communicator focused on social impact.

I’m a design strategist focused on civic technology and social impact. I help mission-driven organizations connect more deeply with end users in order to create systems that work better for everyone.

Since fall 2021 I’ve worked as a UX and service designer with CivicActions, focused on improving government websites and other technology. I specialize in understanding complex processes through user research and then designing systems that make life easier for the public and the federal agencies that serve them. I advocate for the needs of end users throughout the development cycle, so that the public can access the services they deserve.

Before coming to civic tech, I worked in communications. I’ve been a magazine editor, an arts marketer, and a nonprofit storyteller (read all about it on my LinkedIn page).
